Vignobles Perez - L’Impertinent Blanc 2023

Les Vignobles Perez owns four properties in the Bordeaux region: L'Impertinent, Château La Devine, Château Vieux Brondeau and Le M… Rouge. Michel Perez owned a company specializing in wine services in Saint-Emilion and Pessac-Léognan. By taking care of other vineyards, Michel Perez wanted to create his own dream: producing wine and owning his own vineyard. Supported and followed by his friends and family, he found the motivation and created Vignobles Perez with the first historic vintage in 2014. He turned to more environmentally friendly viticulture to be able to obtain certification in organic farming from here a few years. Since 2020, Les Vignobles Perez has benefited from High Environmental Value (HVE) certification.

Impertinent Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Sémillon (20%) grown on 50 acres in the commune of Mérignas. Vinification is carried out in stainless steel vats , and the wine is aged for 4 months on lees .
