Mirmanda - Côtes du Roussillon Red 2020

Domaine Mirmanda is located in the Agly valley, in the communes of Vingrau, Tautavel and Opoul in Roussillon . It was born from the passion for wine and winegrowers of François-Xavier Demaison (actor and humorist) and Dominique Laporte (Meilleur Sommelier de France and Meilleur Ouvrier de France). The adventure began with the help of their friends Jacques Castany and Pascal Dieunidou from Domaine de l'Edre. Jacques now ensures with them the precision work they want for Mirmanda.

Mirmanda Rouge is a blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Carignan . The grapes macerate in open barrels and are punched daily. After the fermentations, the free run juices are placed in barrels of 1 to 3 wines for 12 months .
