Fanny Sabre - Pernand Vergelesses 2018

Domaine Fanny Sabre is located in Pommard, Burgundy. The estate was created by her parents in the 1980s, and Fanny signed her first vintage in 2006. Gradually, she added vines in the Meursault appellation and now works 4.5 hectares in the Côte de Beaune. She is learning about natural wines with total respect for the environment, all based on the notion of terroir. Her vineyard is in the process of being certified organic since 2019.
