Domaine Roc d'Anglade - White 2017

Bright white fruit, notes of hay and cereals characterize the white. The mouth shows hold, its volume combines with freshness for a salivating result.

Domaine Roc d'Anglade is a property of only 10ha, masterfully managed by Rémy Pédreno. This property located in the Gard had its first vintage in 1999, but it was not until 2002 that Rémy Pédréno became the owner of these lands.

The Roc d'Anglade vineyard is ideally exposed to the north, to limit exposure to the sun and ensure a certain freshness of the wines. The soils are particularly varied, clay, marl, limestone ...

In the cellar, Rémy Pédréno strives to work at a minimum while carrying out extensive maceration which gives a beautiful intensity to his wines.
