When we look at the wine world a little, it sometimes happens that a character gives off a particular intensity around him, an aura, something that makes him a rare man… Kindness is ultimately the word that sums it up.

As if by chance his wines resemble him - the meeting with this precious and rare winegrower is essential with all business over!

Pierre Cros is a revealer of terroirs, or rather a revealer of the tandem terroir / grape varieties. He helps to save grape varieties that would have disappeared if a handful of winegrowers like him had not made the effort to continue working these historic grape varieties.

Les Mal Aimés opens with a concentrate of aromas of red fruits, garrigue and toasted and spicy notes. The palate is fresh with a lot of silky finish and a good length on the spices.

This bottle will accompany cold meats, terrines, meats in sauce.
