First plot planted by Stéphane Sérol 18 years ago on the Oudan hillside.
2 ha of vines planted in high density (8,500 vines / ha) on granite soil facing south where the grapes ripen earlier.

The soils are worked mechanically and the vines are nourished by restoring vine shoots as well as by adding organic matter and lime. Many jobs require human hands: pruning, disbudding, lifting, stripping ...

Intense garnet red color.
Aromas of ripe fruit and a round, dense and elegant palate.
