Domaine Haute Févrie - Monnières-Saint Fiacre - 70-month vintage 2018

Domaine Haute Févrie is located in Maisdon-sur-Sèvre, in the Muscadet-Sèvre et Maine appellation in the Pays Nantais. This family estate is run by Sébastien Branger , representing the fourth generation of winemakers. The vineyard covers a little over 26 hectares, and is divided into several plots benefiting from different exposures and composed of silico-clayey, stony and shallow soils, resting on a subsoil of metamorphic rocks such as gneiss, orthogneiss and amphibolites. This diversity gives the wines a unique expression of each terroir. The estate is certified organic .

Cru Monnières-Saint Fiacre is produced from Melon B. , whose vines are between 60 and 90 years old. The wine is aged on lees for 70 months .
