Domaine Mabillot - Reuilly Rouge 2023

Domaine Mabillot is located in Sainte-Lizaigne, in the Reuilly appellation in the Loire Valley. The estate was created in the 1990s by Alain Mabillot and is today managed by his two sons Matthieu and Renaud . The vineyard, managed through sustainable management , extends over 8 hectares.

Reuilly Rouge is made from Pinot Noir from a 3.3 hectare plot located in the areas called Montcocu, les Thaumiers and les Cavoine. The grapes are put into cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats and the wine is aged on fine lees for 8 months .

Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir
