Romain Le Bars - Lirac 2022

The Romain Le Bars vineyard is located in Lirac in the Rhône Valley and produces wines under the appellations of Tavel, Lirac and Vin de France. After having worked for seven years with the Pfifferling family at the Domaine de l'Anglore, he decided to start his own business, started with 1.5 hectares of vines in lease and vinified his first vintage in his garage in 2018. He works today 10 hectares of vines. His philosophy: low yields, manual harvesting, little or no intervention in the cellar, low doses of sulphur. The wine is produced by carbonic maceration, with direct pressing and infusions of the fruit. The wines are then aged in barrels of several wines.

Grapes: 50% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 10% Cinsault
