Chateau Le Puy - Emilien 2016

Emilien is a traditional and authentic Bordeaux wine, while remaining natural and digestible: in fact, it is cultivated biodynamically!

Made from vines planted with 85% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Malbec and 1% Carménère, Emilien is a wine obtained by decanting in barrels and barrels tested for 24 months.

Its nose is fruity with aromas of very ripe red fruits predominantly blackcurrant, redcurrants and also burnt almonds, sometimes mushrooms, undergrowth. Round, full, delicate palate, velvety tannins with a long and pleasantly complex finish.

This wine, of great finesse, can be drunk young as well, thanks to the velvety tannins, or wait several decades to taste all the depth of the terroir. This wine is very longevity.
