DRYA Red - Organic INEBRIATI 2017

At Domaine Inebriati, up to now barely two hectares have produced the four vintages! Family and friends are in the process of pulling out fresh juices, far from the “knocking” wines that we often come across near the Pic Saint-Loup.

Victor, the son, 28 years old, a physiotherapist in his pocket, decided this year to stop massages to go pamper his vines. His first big "client" was one of the oldest plots of the Domaine, cinsaults, planted in 1950. With a lot of elbow grease and love, he brought his old vines back to life to get the best out of them.

The result is in DRYA. Lots of cinsault, a little syrah and voila! An "infusion" of ten days and presto! A very fresh juice, on the fruit, a beautiful aromatic structure and very soft tannins.

For lovers of the Domaine, Victor has just bought 3 hectares on the lands of Corconne where they are already installed ...
