LEROY - Lalou Bize Leroy - BURGUNDY - White - Biodynamic 2016 This Burgundy from Maison Leroy has nothing to envy from the greatest despite its origins in the trading sector. The requirements in the vineyard are the same as for the Domaine wines! A strict sorting is carried out on these bunches of Chardonnay in Biodynamics, planted on a magnificent clay-limestone terroir. The malolactic fermentation begins naturally in barrels to bring this incredible smoothness. The 2016 vintage offers a beautiful maturity to the wines, revealing great nectars at Lalou Bize-Leroy. The aromatic, intense and precise reveals notes of white fruits, citrus, pine sap and some floral notes. The palate is ample, with an exceptional mineral freshness! The persistence is long and saline. A generic Burgundy with great aging potential is rare!
