Daniel Bouland - Cuvée Mélanie 2023
Domaine Daniel Bouland is located in Corcelette, in the Morgon appellation in Beaujolais . The 9-hectare estate is managed using organic farming methods , certified since 2012. Only the Gamay grape variety is cultivated, and the vines are on average 70 years old. It produces wines in the Morgon, Chiroubles and Brouilly appellations.
Cuvée Mélanie is made from Gamay , harvested in whole bunches. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats.
