El Pasador De Oro is a French brand of rums from Guatemala . It demonstrates to perfection the Guatemalan know-how in terms of rum: once the fresh canes are pressed, the juices obtained are slightly heated to evaporate the water and thus concentrate the sugar. The result is “ cane honey ”, an excellent raw material for making rums with a silky and gourmet profile. The latter is fermented with indigenous yeasts from pineapple . High altitude rums with smooth and round notes.
El Pasador De Oro XO is a blended rum of 6-15 year old spirits from Guatemala. Subsequently, this blend is refined for 6 months in ex-Cognac barrels in a continental climate, in Charente.
El Pasador De Oro Gran Reserva is a blended rum of 10-18 year old spirits from Guatemala. Subsequently, this blend is refined for 6 months in ex-Cognac barrels in a continental climate, in Charente.
El Pasador de Oro 50 is bottled at 50° and has not undergone any reduction by adding water.
