Tasting - Masterclass - Audemus Spirits - Thursday, July 17, 2025
From 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. , we are pleased to welcome Audemus Spirits , an artisanal distillery based in Cognac, which is shaking up the classic codes of distillation. Founded by Miko Abouaf, Audemus is renowned for its creative and sensory approach to spirits: vacuum infusion, unexpected aromatics, finesse of blends... each creation is an experience!
During this exceptional masterclass, you will have the opportunity to discover and taste their flagship products:
• Pink Pepper Gin : lively, spicy, floral
• Hoppy Gin : hoppy, fresh, vegetal
• Umami Gin : deep, salty, complex
• Covert Liqueur : fig-based, very rounded
• Peppered pear : an original combination of fruit and spice
But that's not all! The House will also come with an exclusive selection:
• Two gins made for chef Anne-Sophie Pic , with surprising recipes (beeswax & blackcurrant bud / bergamot & fig leaf)
• Some Fractals , hybrid spirits combining, for example, geranium and brewed coffee beans
• A fresh and intense peppermint liqueur to conclude the tasting
Places are limited and registration is required in store or online.
The amount of €10 will be fully refunded to you in the form of a voucher valid the same evening on a selection of Audemus products.
