Domaine Bertagna - Chambolle Musigny Village 2023
Domaine Bertagna is located in Vougeot, in the Côte de Nuits region of Burgundy . The 17-hectare vineyard produces wines in regional, village, premier cru, and grand cru appellations. Coming from a family of winemakers in the Moselle Valley in Germany, Eva Reh grew up in the vineyards, discovering a love of the land and a passion for wine that has been passed down from generation to generation. In 1988, Eva moved to France to manage and restructure Domaine Bertagna, which her father had acquired in 1982. The land is cultivated with a philosophy that advocates respect for the terroir and is based on a considered and ecological approach .
Chambolle Musigny Le Village is produced from Pinot Noir grown on 0.39 hectares. The grapes are completely destemmed and then vinification lasts from 15 to 21 days. Aging is carried out in French oak barrels for 15 to 18 months .
