Domaine du Pas de l'Escalette - The Grand Pas 2022
Domaine du Pas de l'Escalette is located on the Terrasses du Larzac, in Languedoc . It has belonged to Julien and Delphine Zernott since 2003. Their vineyard of around twenty hectares is divided into around fifty terraces on either side of the Pégairolles de l'Escalette and Lauroux valleys. The vines are planted at an altitude of 350 meters on the limestone scree of the causse, surrounded by dry stone walls and "clapas" (piles of stone). The estate is certified biodynamic .
Le Grand Pas is a blend of Grenache (70%), Cinsault (20%) and Carignan (10%) .
Grape varieties: 70% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 10% Carignan
