Swell de Spirits is een onafhankelijke en familiebedrijf bottelaar gevestigd in Pessac, Frankrijk. Het bedrijf werd opgericht in 2021 door Michael Barbaria en Kelly. Ze brengen een verscheidenheid aan limited editions uit, flessen rum, whisky, armagnac en cognac afkomstig van distilleerderijen over de hele wereld.

Deze editie van Wild Nature is een Cognac geselecteerd en samengesteld door Michael samen met Claire en Stéphane Burnez in de kelders van Maison Prunier. Het is een blend van 3 zeldzame druivensoorten: Folle Blanche 2011 Fins Bois (65%), Folignan 2014 Petite Champagne (25%) en Colombard 2012 Fins Bois (10%). Na het mengen heeft de cognac nog meer dan 6 maanden op hout gerijpt.

Alle gedistilleerde dranken die wij u aanbieden zijn op voorraad en ook op aanvraag beschikbaar in onze winkel gewijd aan de wijnen Clos des Millésimes op 3 Rue Lucien Faure in Bordeaux.
