Gadyamb - Cuvée Maloya - Savanna Distillery - Single Cask - 50.7%

Gadyamb is a brand of arranged rums created by Etienne and Julien . They met in 1999, in Saint Joseph, at the southern tip of Reunion Island and left the island to do their higher education in France. In 2018, they put their professional careers as a media consultant and chef on hold to embark on a project imagined during the long metropolitan winters: Les Arrangés Gadyamb . Gadyamb's know-how is based on three fundamental pillars: trusted partners (caring producers, concerned about respecting the land and traditions), the selection of ingredients (fruit picked at perfect ripeness, cut and processed by hand to keep all their flavors) and an original method (maceration in barrels before filtration, for a stable end product, without impurities).

Gadyamb continues to highlight the cultural richness and the terroir of Reunion through a series of two bottlings of character; two white rums from the Savanna Distillery were barreled, matured and bottled by Gadyamb.

The Maloya cuvée is an agricultural rum aged for 2 years in a continental climate. The aging is carried out in ex-Cognac casks , and the refining in casks having contained Porto .
