This Jamaica Pure Single Rum is a rum from Jamaica distributed by National Rums Of Jamaica Ltd. from a single distillery (hence Pure Single Rum). It was distilled in 2005 in Long Pond then aged 13 years on the spot before being bottled. It is intended to be a faithful reproduction of the ST ♥ EC range produced by the Cambridge Estate (Trelawny Parish) distillery which closed in 1947.

This typical jamaican rum is characterized by an ester concentration ranging from 700 to 1600 g / hL of pure alcohol at the time of distillation (Continental Flavoured rum which can be translated as "continental aromatic") and the ST range ♥ CE is characterized by concentrations between 550 and 700g / hlpa in bottle, an exclusive reissue of a unique style rum.
