Vignoble du Rêveur - Vibrations - Riesling 2022

The Vignoble du Rêveur is located in Bennwihr, in Alsace . It belongs to Mathieu Deiss , who in addition to working at the Marcel Deiss estate, embarked on a parallel project by taking over the vines of his grandfather and his maternal uncle. His vineyard covers 7 hectares, managed biodynamically since 2013. Mathieu Deiss invents, innovates, mixes grape varieties, and offers innovative winemaking.

Vibrations is made from Riesling , grown on a terroir of Quaternary alluvium. The age of the vines is approximately 45 years. Winemaking is carried out in tuns , without inputs. The wine is aged for 12 months on lees .
