Mirmanda - Cibelle 2021

Domaine Mirmanda is located in the Agly valley, in the communes of Vingrau, Tautavel and Opoul in Roussillon . It was born from the passion for wine and winegrowers of François-Xavier Demaison (actor and comedian) and Dominique Laporte (Best Sommelier of France and Meilleur Ouvrier de France). The adventure began with the help of their friends Jacques Castany and Pascal Dieunidou from Domaine de l'Edre. Jacques is now working with them to carry out the precision work they want for Mirmanda.

Cibelle Rouge 2021 is made from Grenache Noir grown at altitude and Syrah grown on rolled pebbles. Grenache is vinified in whole clusters with a short maceration while Syrah is vinified in barrels. To make the whole thing more complex, Carignan Noir is vinified with Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Chardonnay in vats.

Grape varieties: 30% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah, 30% Carignan Noir, 5% Grenache Blanc and Viognier, 5% Chardonnay
