Domaine de la Folie is located in Chagny, in the Côte Chalonnaise in Burgundy . Passed down through generations for more than 300 years, Clémence and Baptiste Dubrulle have been responsible for the property since 2010, after experience in press relations and engineering. The estate extends over 13 hectares in the heart of the Rully appellation. Its wines include the most sought-after climats of the appellation such as Clos Saint-Jacques in Premier Cru Monopole and Vieilles vignes or Clos de Bellecroix. The vineyard is managed using sustainable agriculture .

This Marc de Bourgogne is made from grape marc fermented away from air, then distilled and aged in Cognac barrels for 30 years .
