Baigur is a brand of Gin produced in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam . Saigon Baigur was inspired by the founders' many motorcycle trips through the rugged terrain of Vietnam. Having witnessed the incredible diversity of landscapes, cultures, cuisines and herbs in this 2,000 kilometer long country and a passion for Gin, the founders decided to bottle a Gin with some of the best botanicals. botanicals that Vietnam has to offer. The distillery is the first professional Gin distillery in Saigon.
The Gin is made from 12 distinctive local botanicals combined with 4 classic ingredients : Juniper, Buddha's Hand, Fennel Seed, Lotus Flower, Saigon Cinnamon, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom Seed, Angelica Root, Licorice, dragon fruit, star anise, lemongrass, Phu Quoc pepper, bird's eye chili and lime zest.
