Château YVONNE - Cuvée La Folie 2017

In a very nice 2017 vintage, Château Yvonne produced a superb La Folie cuvée. The wine is rich, with very intense fruit. As always with this cuvée, it is advisable to decant 2 hours before tasting or to keep it for 3 to 5 years in a cellar that is stable in temperature and high in humidity.

The Yvonne castle was created in 1996; it occupies a total area of 2.5 hectares spread over the communes of Parnay and Montsoreau. Château Yvonne is a dynamic estate that excels in the Saumur and Saumur-Champigny appellation, in white and red. The organic management of the Château Yvonne vineyard allows the production of lively, rich and expressive organic wines. Controlled maturing brings a very nice support to the wine. A safe bet in the Saumur region.
