Imperial de Château Clerc Milon 1993 in original wooden case.

Located to the west of the Mouton and Lafite vineyards, Duhart-Milon is located on a gravel soil with a drop of more than ten meters. When it was bought by the Rothschild family (de Lafite) in 1962, the estate came out of a succession of owners (five in 25 years!) And the vineyard was in poor condition. Since the cultivation of the vines and the vinification are carried out by the Lafite Rothschild teams, the wines show increasing regularity. The quality really improved from 1978, and since 1982, the vintage has returned to a very good level. The wines are generous, powerful and particularly fruity. They deserve a guard of several years in order to deploy all their aromatic power.
