House Fabien COCHE - Saint Romain 2020

Domaine Fabien Coche is located in Meursault , in Burgundy . Created in 1940 and formerly known as Coche-Bizouard, the family estate has 12 hectares of vines spread over Meursault, Pommard, Auxey-Duresses and Monthélie. In 2003, a small trading activity was set up to buy grapes from Saint-Romain, Saint-Aubin and Puligny-Montrachet to expand the range. Today, they produce wines from 28 appellations. Domaine Fabien Coche uses traditional methods for the production of its wines: work in the vines, maturing, bottling. Preserving the nature of the soil is one of the main concerns of the estate, which has been working according to the principles of organic farming since 2017. A request for certification has been made from the 2020 harvest.
