Domaine du Clos Thierrière is located in Vernou-sur-Brenne, in the Vouvray appellation in the Loire Valley. The property is managed by twin brothers Baptiste and Guillaume Frey . They own 12 hectares of vines converted to organic farming .

Sang de Roche is a single-plot cuvée made from Chenin Blanc grown on flint clay in the Pierres Rousses area. The wine is aged for 8 months in vats .

Grape variety: 100% Chenin Blanc
