Domaine de la Pierre Gravée is located in Vouvray , in the Loire Valley. It belongs to Philippe Guyonnet , a winegrower trained in the Mâconnais region of Burgundy. He owns 8 hectares of vines in the Vouvray appellation on several geological bases. In the vineyard; no chemical weedkillers, pruning respectful of sap flow, agroforestry, organic farming, reduced yields, manual harvesting in small crates to preserve the grapes... In the cellar, after slow pressing, the juices are transferred to amphorae or carefully selected barrels, no inputs are used during aging.

Inspirations is made from Chenin Blanc , the vines of which are 50 years old and grown on flint-clay soil. The wine is aged for 18 months in barrels .
