Domaine du Facteur - Le Facteur su'l Vélo 2022

Domaine Le Facteur is located in Noizay , in the Loire Valley . It belongs to Fabien Brutout and Mathieu Cosme . Fabien Brutout worked for two years with Sébastien Brunet in the Vouvray appellation after his studies and joined forces with Mathieu Cosme in 2013. The Facteur cuvées, produced by Fabien and Mathieu, are blended wines from several plots belonging to them. Since then, they have also taken over owned vines in the AOC Vouvray and planted 2 hectares in the AOC Côteau du Loir. The vineyard is certified in organic farming .

Facteur su'l Vélo is made from Chenin Blanc grown on clay-limestone soil and harvested manually. Vinification and aging are carried out in 400 liter barrels.
