Chateau Barouillet - Splash! 2021

Château Barouillet is located in Pomport, in Dordogn e. It has been a family estate for 8 generations, managed today by grandfather Yves Alexis , father Gérard Alexis and son Vincent Alexis . The 45-hectare vineyard is spread over 5 islands: 20 hectares in Montbazillac , 9 hectares in red Bergerac , 5 hectares in Pécharmant , 1 hectare in sweet Côtes de Bergerac and 9 hectares for vinification in dry white . A great deal of work on organic farming was undertaken, until the entire estate was certified or in inversion in 2014. This organic approach is accompanied by biodynamic treatments.

Splash is a Sparkling Natural produced by Vincent Alexis. It is made from Sémillon .

Grape variety: 100% Semillon
