Here is the dream of a Japanese passionate about wine and viticulture: to create his own wine in France. This Pheromone cuvée was created by Osamu Uchida, recently installed in the Haut Médoc. He owns a small plot which has always been organic. This plot is in the middle of a forest. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Osamu Uchida wishes to revive the natural wines of the past. A bit like those of Domaine de Jaugaret or to another extent Château Bel Air Marquis d'Aligre. Pure, tasty and clean wines. Living wines that we love.

About 2000 bottles produced each year. Harvested by hand, animal traction, a true artisan wine. We love !

The Pheromone cuvée is a wine without sulfur, a purity of fruit and happiness. We are fortunate to be one of the few places in the world to offer you a few bottles of this wonderful nectar!
