The oldest vines in the vineyard are reserved for this cuvée, some even ungrafted and 100 years old. The soil is made up of several successive layers including the very distinctive blue Devon slate. Markus Molitor currently has the largest plot of this small site (only 20 hectares) known to be one of the best areas in the center of the Moselle region.

Aromas of exotic fruits such as green banana, fresh pineapple and passion fruit. On the palate, a lively start developing towards a tense body full of energy. Perfectly balanced, good structure and a wonderful salty finish. Very fine and still showing a nice roundness for the vintage, this wine is a great success!
