Domaine Aux Moines - Savennières Roche aux Moines 2020

Domaine aux Moines ligt in Savennières, in Anjou in de Loire-vallei. Sinds 1981 is het eigendom van Monique Laroche en haar dochter Tessa. Het domein wordt sinds 2006 biologisch gecertificeerd beheerd en is gericht op biodynamiek. De wijngaard van 12 hectare ligt op de plaats genaamd Roche aux Moines, ingesloten in het wijngebied van Savennières, en profiteert van een bijzonder microklimaat.

De Chenin Blanc wordt met de hand geoogst met een strenge selectie in de wijngaard. De druiven worden voorzichtig geperst en de most wordt overgebracht naar roestvrijstalen tanks. Een groot deel van de oogst ondergaat alcoholische gisting en rijping op eikenhouten vaten. Na 18 maanden rijping wordt de uiteindelijke assemblage gebotteld door een dienstverlener.

Druivensoort: 100% Chenin Blanc

Alle gedistilleerde dranken die wij u aanbieden zijn op voorraad en ook op aanvraag beschikbaar in onze winkel gewijd aan de wijnen Clos des Millésimes op 3 Rue Lucien Faure in Bordeaux.
