BOURGOGNE HAUTES COTES DE NUITS GEORGES NOELLAT 2017

Domaine Georges Noëllat is gelegen in Vosne-Romanée in Bourgogne. Tot 2010 werd een groot deel van de oogst in bulk verkocht aan Louis Jadot en Joseph Drouhin. Toen Maxime Cheurlin, 20 jaar oud, de wijngaard van zijn grootmoeder en vrouw van George overnam, begon hij met zijn eigen productie van elegante Pinot Noir. Hij bezit 5,5 hectare wijngaarden in de beste wijngaarden van Vosne-Romanée en Nuits-Saint-Georges met percelen in Grand Cru Echezeaux en Grands Echezaux. De wijngaard wordt beheerd met verantwoorde landbouw.

De oogst is handmatig, vaak ontsteeld en koud gemacereerd voor de fermentatie met inheemse gisten. De rijping duurt tussen 14 en 20 maanden op eiken vaten. De wijnen worden gebotteld zonder filtratie of klaring.

Druivensoort: 100% Pinot Noir
