Domaine de Conti - Pétillant Naturel

Domaine Albert de Conti / Château Tour des Gendres ligt in de regio Bergerac, in het zuidwesten van Frankrijk. Vincenzo de Conti, zijn vrouw en kinderen vestigden zich in 1925 in het zuidwesten. In 1956 nam Primo de Conti, zijn zoon, de familieboerderij over samen met zijn vrouw Michelle (die ook enkele paarden fokt) en zijn broer Albert. Begin jaren 1980 nam Luc enkele hectaren oude wijngaarden over en plantte ook nieuwe percelen, bijgestaan door zijn vrouw Martine, die ook verantwoordelijk is voor de ontvangst op het domein. Francis, zijn neef, kwam in 1990 bij het bedrijf: zijn 20 hectare wijngaard in Saint Julien d’Eymet werden toegevoegd aan de wijngaarden van Gendres en Grand Caillou en hij nam de verzorging van de wijngaard op zich. Sinds 2005 worden de 52 hectare van het domein biologisch beheerd met certificering.

De Pétillant Naturel is een blend van Sauvignon (70%) en Sémillon (30%). Een gedeeltelijke gisting vindt plaats in roestvrijstalen tanks, waarna de bubbels natuurlijk op fles ontstaan volgens de ancestrale methode.

Druivensoorten: 70% Sauvignon, 30% Sémillon

Alle gedistilleerde dranken die wij u aanbieden zijn op voorraad en ook op aanvraag beschikbaar in onze winkel gewijd aan de wijnen Clos des Millésimes op 3 Rue Lucien Faure in Bordeaux.
