Domaine Gilles Troullier - L'imprévue Pet Nat 2019

Domaine Gilles Troullier ligt in Estagel, in de Roussillon. Gilles Troullier begon zijn carrière bij de familie Chapoutier in de Rhône. Eind jaren 90 richtten de Chapoutier het Domaine de Bila-Haut op in de Roussillon en vertrouwden hem het beheer toe. Tegelijkertijd kocht hij enkele wijngaardpercelen en begon zelfstandig wijn te maken. Tegenwoordig beslaat het domein van Gilles Troullier 6 hectare. De percelen liggen op meer dan 350 meter hoogte, voornamelijk op graniet. Zijn gehele wijngaard wordt biodynamisch beheerd, zonder certificering. De fermentaties beginnen spontaan met inheemse gisten, en hij gebruikt zeer weinig zwavel tijdens de vinificatie.

L’Imprévue is een natuurlijke mousserende wijn gemaakt van Grenache.

Druivensoort: 100% Grenache

Alle gedistilleerde dranken die wij u aanbieden zijn op voorraad en ook op aanvraag beschikbaar in onze winkel gewijd aan de wijnen Clos des Millésimes op 3 Rue Lucien Faure in Bordeaux.
