Domaine Philippe Valette - Pouilly Vinzelles - MesdemoiZelles 2017

Domaine Philippe Valette ligt in het dorp Chaintré, in de Mâconnais in Bourgogne. Al in 1990 besloten het paar Philippe en Cécile Valette hun 15 hectare wijngaarden biologisch te verbouwen, met de principes van de biodynamiek vanaf 1992 maar zonder certificering. Geduld is hun filosofie: ze oogsten de druiven op optimale rijpheid, zelfs als dat betekent dat de opbrengst lager is, en geven de voorkeur aan lange opvoeding op eikenhouten vaten.

De cuvée MesdemoiZelles komt van Chardonnay-stokken met een gemiddelde leeftijd van ongeveer 75 jaar, geteeld in het Pouilly-Vinzelles gebied, maar de classificatie als AOC werd geweigerd. De wijn wordt opgevoed op fijne droesem.

Druivensoort: 100% Chardonnay

Alle gedistilleerde dranken die wij u aanbieden zijn op voorraad en ook op aanvraag beschikbaar in onze winkel gewijd aan de wijnen Clos des Millésimes op 3 Rue Lucien Faure in Bordeaux.
