BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR TRAPET JEAN-LOUIS 2017

Bourgogne

Een zorgvuldige producent, gevoelig voor biodynamiek, Jean-Louis Trapet heeft de waardering van het familiebedrijf gerealiseerd. Hoewel de recente erfenis die het domein trof een deel van de wijngaarden aan de neven Rossignol gaf, cultiveert Jean-Louis Trapet nog steeds drie Grands Crus en twee Premiers Crus. Wat betreft de stijl van zijn wijnen, brengen ze Bourgogne naar de top. Als een overtuigd idealist van biodynamiek leidt hij samen met zijn Elzasser echtgenote Andrée een wijngaard die hij graag levend noemt. Het gastvrijheidsgevoel van het paar nodigt zowel voorbijgangers als prominente gasten aan hun tafel uit. Hier krijgt de wijn het woord om zijn adel te uiten.

Bekend en geroemd om de finesse en delicatesse van zijn rosés, herwint het vandaag zijn traditie van terroirs met grote rode wijnen, die altijd zijn bekendheid hebben bepaald.
