Fratelli Cosmo - Prosecco - Extra Dry

Bellenda is gevestigd in Vittorio Veneto, in de regio Veneto in Italië. Sinds 1986 exploiteren de broers Luigi en Umberto Cosmo 35 hectare wijngaarden in de heuvels van Conegliano en Valdobbiadene, een van de meest prestigieuze productiegebieden van Prosecco. Hun filosofie is een sterke verbondenheid met traditie, toewijding aan duurzaamheid, een lage impact op het milieu en bescherming van hun teeltgebied.

Fratelli Cosmo wordt gemaakt van Glera geteeld op de beste wijngaarden in het gebied Cordignano, Sarmede en Cappella Maggiore in de heuvels van Treviso. De oogst wordt ontsteeld en de druiven worden voorzichtig geperst. Na zwaartekrachtontslamming wordt de most vergist bij 18-20°C en vervolgens hergist in drukvaten van 100 hectoliter staal gedurende ongeveer twee maanden volgens de Italiaanse methode (Charmat). Het wordt gebotteld met een Extra-Dry dosering van 12,80 g/L restsuikers.

Druivensoort: 100% Glera
