Domaine du Facteur - Brut Nature - Traditionele Methode

Domaine Le Facteur ligt in Noizay, in de Loirevallei. Het behoort toe aan Fabien Brutout en Mathieu Cosme. Fabien Brutout werkte twee jaar bij Sébastien Brunet in de Vouvray-appellatie na zijn studie en ging in 2013 een samenwerking aan met Mathieu Cosme. De cuvées van Facteur, geproduceerd door Fabien en Mathieu, zijn assemblagewijnen afkomstig van meerdere percelen die zij bezitten. Sindsdien hebben ze ook wijngaarden in eigendom overgenomen in de AOC Vouvray en 2 hectare geplant in de AOC Côteau du Loir. De wijngaard is biologisch gecertificeerd.

Brut Nature wordt gemaakt van Chenin Blanc geteeld op een klei-kalkhoudende terroir. De oogst is handmatig en de vinificatie zonder chemische toevoegingen. De bruis wordt gemaakt volgens de traditionele methode: tweede gisting op fles met toevoeging van gist. De wijn rijpt minstens 12 maanden sur lie en wordt zonder dosage gebotteld.

Druivensoort: 100% Chenin Blanc

Alle gedistilleerde dranken die wij u aanbieden zijn op voorraad en ook op aanvraag beschikbaar in onze winkel gewijd aan de wijnen Clos des Millésimes op 3 Rue Lucien Faure in Bordeaux.
