Domaine Moine Hudelot - Bonnes Mares 2000

Domaine Moine Hudelot ligt in de gemeente Chambolle-Musigny in Bourgogne. Dit domein was oorspronkelijk een kleine familieboerderij, geleid door Daniel Moine, de voormalige burgemeester van Chambolle-Musigny, voordat het in 2008 werd overgenomen door Patrick Landanger van Domaine de la Pousse d'Or. Het domein bestaat tegenwoordig niet meer als zodanig, maar zijn wijnen blijven gewaardeerd door kenners. 

Deze microproductie van Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru is de wijn die de reputatie van Domaine Moine Hudelot heeft gemaakt en behoort tot de beste van deze prestigieuze appellatie. Het jaar 2000 in Bourgogne werd gekenmerkt door een wispelturig klimaat. In de Côte de Nuits had het wisselvallige weer een significante impact op de wijngaarden en werden er veel selecties uitgevoerd, zowel in de wijngaarden als aan de sorteertafels, om uiteindelijk een goede jaargang te produceren.

Druivensoort: 100% Pinot Noir
