Château Les Graves de Viaud - TERROIR - Biodynamie 2014 - MAGNUM

 In het hart van de Côtes de Bourg strekt Château Les Graves de Viaud zich uit over 15 ha op een zuidelijk georiënteerde helling bestaande uit wijngaarden, weilanden en bos. Het is in deze mooie omgeving dat 11,5 ha wijngaard zijn aangeplant op kleiige grindgronden. Het domein bestaat sinds 1850 en wordt vermeld in de Féret sinds 1875. In 1994 wisselde het eigendom van eigenaar, de nieuwe eigenaren bouwden nieuwe kelders en vinifiëren zelf.

Het was hier in 2010 dat Philllipe Betschart besloot zijn passie voor wijn ten volle te leven. Als liefhebber van grote terroirwijnen begon hij logisch gezien de wijngaarden biologisch en biodynamisch (DEMETER) te beheren om de volledige essentie van dit mooie terroir te benutten.
Alle gedistilleerde dranken die wij u aanbieden zijn op voorraad en ook op aanvraag beschikbaar in onze winkel gewijd aan de wijnen Clos des Millésimes op 3 Rue Lucien Faure in Bordeaux.
